Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At Manila San Sebastián, we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible and in the best condition. Our shipping policy is set out below:

1. Delivery destinations

We ship throughout Spain (mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to international destinations for which shipping options are available at checkout.

2. Delivery times

Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days.

Islands and Ceuta/Melilla: 3–6 business days.

International: 5–10 business days, depending on the country and selected service.

Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand.

3. Shipping costs

Spain, excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands: standard shipping €7; free shipping on purchases of €100 or more.

Balearic Islands: standard shipping €15. Canary Islands: standard shipping €25, subject to the conditions available at checkout.

International: available services and prices are shown at checkout, according to the destination and each service’s conditions. Carrier-calculated rates may be offered.

Configured international European destinations: free standard shipping on purchases of €400 or more. Service availability depends on the destination.

The €100 free-shipping threshold does not apply to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or international destinations. Shipping is free only when a free option is expressly shown at checkout.

Collection from our store in San Sebastián: free.

4. Shipping and tracking

All orders are sent by tracked courier. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with its tracking number.

5. Delivery issues

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, email tienda@manilasansebastian.com with your order number and we will help as soon as possible.
