Returns and Refunds Policy

At Manila San Sebastián, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We therefore offer a flexible returns and refunds policy under the following conditions:

Returns and refunds

You have 15 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You must present the purchase receipt for the return to be processed.

Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to arrange an exchange. From day 16 to day 30, products may be exchanged, but refunds will no longer be issued. In this case, a credit voucher for the corresponding amount will be issued, valid for 1 year from its issue date. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging, and you must present the purchase receipt.

Exceptions to the returns and exchanges policy

We do not accept returns of sale items, gift cards or products purchased during the following promotions:

MANILA Sale Week
Occasional special promotions

These products are excluded from the returns and exchanges policy.

Returns and exchanges procedure

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at tienda@manilasansebastian.com. Our team will reply with instructions.

Once the return has been accepted, you must send the product at your own expense to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the original order included shipping charges (orders under €100), those charges will not be refunded.
