Manila San Sebastián offers fashion products, accessories and homeware through this Website.
We reserve the right to change the content, prices, products and sales conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Purchase conditions

By making a purchase on the Website, you declare that you are of legal age (18) and warrant that the information provided is truthful, accurate and complete.

Manila San Sebastián reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of:

• An obvious error in the product price or description.
• Unavailability or a stock error.
• Suspected fraud, misuse of the site or breach of the purchase conditions.

Payment methods: we accept bank cards, Bizum and other secure methods enabled on the Website. All payments are processed through encrypted platforms that ensure data confidentiality.

3. Product availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method.

4. Shipping and collection

We ship to Spain and abroad.
Delivery times and costs are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.

We also offer free collection at our physical store in San Sebastián:

Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the entire order is returned.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

At Manila San Sebastián, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• You have 15 calendar days from the purchase date to request a return and refund.
• Between days 16 and 30, you may exchange a product or request a credit voucher for the corresponding amount, valid for 1 year.
• All items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products on sale, special promotions, outlet, archive garments, Archive Sale, MANILA Sale Week or occasional special promotions.

Shipping costs:
Original and return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.
Only in the case of a defective product or an order error will Manila San Sebastián cover the costs and arrange repair, replacement or a full refund.

6. Intellectual property

All Website content (images, text, logos, photographs, designs, videos and other elements) belongs to Manila San Sebastián or third parties who have authorised its use.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior written consent from Manila San Sebastián is prohibited.

Manila San Sebastián is not liable for damage or loss arising from misuse of the Website, service interruptions, technical errors, viruses or other elements beyond its control.
Users use the site at their sole responsibility.
